POURQUOI J’AI ÉTÉ AUDITIONNÉ AU SED : DÉCLARATION DE JEAN-BRUNO TAGNE
J’ai déféré ce lundi 29 mai 2023 à une convocation au Secrétariat d’État à la Défense (SED) en compagnie de mes conseils, Me Guy Gueyo et Me Ulrichta Monga. Y étant, nous avons été reçus par le sous-lieutenant Moïse Bodo.
Après les identifications d’usage, l’officier m’a présenté une plainte en diffamation, injures et autres, déposée par une association dénommée « Observatoire du Développement Sociétal » pour le compte de PAUL BIYA DAISY contre les nommés Bonney Philippe, Chuo Walters et Bakolo Jeremy.
Les faits présumés diffamatoires portent sur l’émission Club d’Élites diffusée sur Vision 4 le 23 avril à laquelle je ne participais pas.
Le sous-lieutenant Moïse Bodo m’a quand même interrogé sur la diffusion par Naja Tv d’audio posthumes du père Jean Jacques Ola Bébé au sujet de l’affaire de l’assassinat de Martinez Zogo. La principale préoccupation étant de savoir de qui notre média les a obtenus et pourquoi nous les avons diffusés.
Au bout d’une quarantaine de minutes d’audition, mes avocats et moi avons pris congé de l’enquêteur, sans plus.
J’ai une pensée pour tous ceux qui m’ont apporté leur soutien. En l’occurrence mes avocats, le REDHAC et Nouveaux Droits de l’Homme, Stand-Up For Cameroon, Le Jour, L’Humanité, Jeune Afrique, RFI, AfriqueXXI et surtout mes camarades de Survie France.
